Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead assembly and associated test activities across programs. You will coordinate work assignments, track training, manage inventory and tools, and ensure safe, compliant operations on site.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or technical certification (bachelor's preferred) with prior assembly/production or field operations experience and prior supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Assembly, production, test, or field operations experience.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of assembly operations, inventory control, logistics, and safety requirements.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and coordinate assembly and test technician work across assigned programs or locations.
• Maintain and coordinate training records, safety plans, ordnance handling, forklift, crane, and related operational requirements.
• Manage parts inventory, logistics, shipment coordination, and tool accountability supporting assembly and checkout activities.
• Support facility improvement plans, modifications, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Develop team capability through coaching, performance feedback, training, and work direction.
