Job summary

Frontier Airlines, a Denver-based carrier, is seeking a Supervisor, ACS Training and Program Administration to provide admin and operational support to the Airport Customer Service Training & Standards team. You will handle training administration, data tracking, course management, and special projects across the network, plus support the Left on Board program by coordinating item recovery.

Strong organizational skills, 5+ years in admin or training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of administrative, customer service, training, or operational support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of ACS training and records.
• Assist with audit prep and documentation requests.
• Respond to inquiries about training assignments and course access.
• Process training requests, resets and enrollment updates.
• Create and maintain training rosters for instructor-led and virtual classes.
• Support Left on Board (LOB) program coordination and item recovery.
• Provide administrative support to the ACS Leadership Team.
• Assist with department projects and operational initiatives.
