Summary

The Accident Billing Supervisor is responsible for managing Accident Billing, Asset Fleet Reduction (AFR) billing, invoice accuracy, financial controls, and financial/operational reporting for both internal and external customers. This position requires managing work analysis and staffing, customer interactions, financial forecasting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement/performance. This role focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards, and resolving operational problems and identifying business process opportunities.

Experience with RPA is a benefit.
Essential Functions
  1. Manage Accident Billing team, including ensuring developmental goals are identified and accomplished monthly/annually, training operations are properly completed, and support talent development.
  2. Manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely billing and invoicing, including accidents, ACS closures, analysis of unbillable exceptions, processing of AFRs, 3rd Party Billing, validation of Miami Credits, revenue validation, and GL monitoring.
  3. Develop and execute ongoing strategic approaches to continuous improvement and efficiencies related to cost, productivity, and performance.
  4. Lead or participate in projects including department, SSC, division, and corporate initiatives.
  5. Manage operational and performance metrics, provide explanations, and execute corrective actions for variances.
  6. Primary input to hiring, performance, and rewards decisions for employees; provide guidance, coaching, and training. Ensure work coverage, including scheduling, attendance management, and payroll.

The salary range is $59,600 to $89,450, influenced by experience, education, location, and other factors. Benefits include health and welfare plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
