Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1yr experience may substitute for 1yr of degree.
• Demonstrated leadership of hourly teams and shift supervision.
• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement and DMAIC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees and set shift/daily goals.
• Manage inventory, safety and quality metrics, and drive KPI improvements.
• Lead cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Performs other tasks as required.
