Job summary

Wilsonart in Columbia, SC is seeking a Production Operator I to bond panels on the daily production schedule and maintain the glue line. You will handle materials, validate manifests, and help ensure accurate order packing while supporting warehouse duties and customer needs.

The role requires a high school graduate or GED and at least 1 year of work history; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment. Wilsonart is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor and photograph all defective materials.
• Cut down over-sized laminate and core to fill orders as needed.
• Read, interpret, process, and pack orders for shipment.
• Assist with warehouse duties and support customer needs as required.

This position bonds all panels on the day’s daily production schedule. They are responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the glue line. They work with both Laminate and Core Staging to report and replace any laminate or core that is damaged during the process. Performs other tasks as required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
