Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces is seeking an experienced Supervisor for the Temple, TX area, overseeing hourly staff on the evening shift. You will organize personnel, manage performance and attendance, and coach team members while ensuring safety and quality in production.

You will drive continuous improvement and cost initiatives across the operation. The role requires strong leadership, process knowledge in Lean/CI, and effective cross-functional collaboration with other departments, while

Performs other tasks as required.
