Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Supervisor for all shifts to support management in daily operations at our Ohio locations. This full-time role pays $20 per hour and offers regular bonus opportunities. You will oversee staff, monitor safety, and ensure service quality across the facility.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and the ability to drive with a clean record. You may perform frontline duties and assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Current driving record acceptable per Employee Handbook.
• Must hold and maintain required licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Must be willing to pass a physical per airport, DOT and/state regulations.
• Clear English reading/speaking ability to communicate with the public and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Report vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of PGAs and Shuttle Drivers.
• Fill shifts or cover a shift as needed.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform frontline roles and assist in other departments as needed.
