Job summary

The Parking Spot in Columbus, OH is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to support management, oversee daily operations, and respond to guest and employee needs. The role requires leadership, a strong work ethic, and ability to cover shifts as needed.

We offer a $20 per hour pay rate with regular bonus opportunities, weekly paychecks, and eligibility for medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits. Training and professional development are available to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read/speak English sufficiently for DOT compliance.
• Experience with Excel and Word preferred.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) and Shuttle Drivers.
• Fill shifts or coverage as needed.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform frontline positions as requested by Management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
