The Parking Spot is hiring an Overnight Supervisor to lead front-line staff during overnight hours and coordinate morning shifts on weekends. You will ensure team performance, safety, and service quality across our airport-area facility.

Ideal candidates have some supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to cover multiple roles as needed. A valid driving record and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to maintain a satisfactory driving record as required by policy.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently for reports and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure employees perform duties as required.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety of vehicles, guests, and employees.
• Report vehicle accidents or injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of staff and shuttle drivers.
• Call or cover shifts as needed to fill staffing gaps.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform frontline roles as needed (Parking Guest Attendant, Shuttle Driver).
• Assist in other departments as reasonably requested by management.
