Job summary

Immersive Gamebox is seeking a Supervisor to be the face of our venue, leading the team and ensuring visitor satisfaction at the Dallas location. You will welcome guests, guide teams through experiences, maintain cleanliness, manage bookings, and assist with opening/closing procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality/retail/entertainment, is detail-oriented, maintains a positive attitude, and is comfortable with computers and tablets. Flexible hours and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment.
• Must be organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Positive attitude and dependable personality.
• Comfortable using computers and tablets.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors to the space.

You are a leader across the team and thrive on building relationships with visitors and exceeding their expectations ensuring visitor satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confident with computer and tablet technology
• Willing to work flexible hours
