Job summary

Immersive Gamebox is seeking a Supervisor in New York to lead visitor experiences and oversee a hospitality-driven team. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring high standards of service while coordinating daily operations and guest satisfaction within our immersive game spaces.

You will manage bookings, train and develop staff, maintain equipment, and collaborate with venue teams to drive a positive, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, retail or entertainment
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Consistently positive attitude
• Confident with computer and tablet technology
• Willing to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor at Immersive Gamebox, you are the face of the business and its values. You know that every person you interact with is just as important as the next. You are a leader across the team and thrive on building relationships with visitors and exceeding their expectations ensuring visitor satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all visitors to the space

Host and monitor teams through their experience

Experience:

Previously worked in hospitality, retail or entertainment for at least 2 years
