Overview

Supervisors need to be able to handle daily service with passion, integrity and knowledge all while embodying and promoting Love, Energy and Food. The expectation of CFH Supervisors is to lead and work alongside all Team Members during peak hours as well as provide support and direction to guests, by anticipating their needs.

Responsibilities

• Verify and correct where necessary, that all products are stored and prepared based on the Craft Food Halls standards.
• Promote a positive working environment for all by embodying CFH culture.
• Maintain a positive work environment for other Team Members.
• Create an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Lead the setup of areas where catering events are occurring (if applicable)
• Partner with the Management Team to ensure an open line of communication.

Compensation

The "lead bartender" job roll will be $15/hour plus tips and the supervisor rate will be $25/hour without tips.
