Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team. This senior role combines technical leadership with project management to deliver complex electrical systems for buildings and facilities.

The successful candidate will lead design and delivery, oversee technical staff, support business development, and collaborate with multidisciplinary MEP teams to provide innovative, high-quality engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design within the MEP, facilities, or building systems industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems.
• Experience with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, higher education, or other facility-based projects preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $105,000-$135,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
