Job summary

T&M Associates seeks an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer for our Bloomfield, NJ MEP team. The role leads electrical project design and delivery, oversees engineers, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to provide innovative building solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low‑voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) required.
• PE license preferred; active status not required at hire.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design for MEP/building systems.
• Experience with public-sector, institutional, commercial or healthcare projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical projects.
• Oversee technical staff and project teams.
• Support business development initiatives and proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
