Job summary

T&M Associates seeks an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer to join the MEP team in New Jersey. This leadership role combines technical excellence with project leadership to deliver complex electrical projects for public and private sector clients.

You will oversee design delivery, lead technical staff, and contribute to business development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across facilities and buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design within the MEP, facilities, or building systems industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems.
• Experience working with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, higher education, or other facility-based projects preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
