Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Part-Time Supervised Visitation Monitor to oversee visits between parents and children in a safe, supportive environment, helping maintain structured family interactions.

This role supports families involved in the child welfare system and requires evenings, nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening; pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visitation sessions between children and parents or siblings
• Ensure visits are conducted safely and appropriately
• Remain alert and attentive during visits and intervene when necessary
• Maintain communication with county workers, families, and community providers
• Transport clients to authorized destinations using your personal vehicle
