Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Supervised Visitation Monitor to supervise visits between parents and children, ensuring safety and the child’s best interests. You will transport clients, manage forms, and coordinate with county workers while supporting families and youth in care.

Qualified candidates will hold a High School Diploma, have a valid driver’s license with insurance, and pass required clearances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to authorized destinations utilizing personal vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver standardized forms and documents when needed.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments.
• Assist Caseworkers in observing and reporting significant behavior and conversation.
• Communicate and maintain relationships with county workers, families, and community providers.
• Perform related program and clerical tasks, as directed by proper authority.
• Submit accurate, required notes within 24 hours of service and complete required reports within assigned time frames.
• Administer Drug Testing following the appropriate county protocol as applicable.
• Perform other duties as needed.

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Supervised Visitation Monitor! As a Supervised Visitation Monitor, you will be responsible for supervising visitation sessions between parents and children. You will make sure that the visits are conducted in a safe manner and that the best interests of the child remain the top priority. You will be expected to be alert and attentive during the visit, and to intervene if necessary. If you have a passion for working in the field of Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work, this is the job for you!
