Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Monongahela, PA is hiring a Youth & Family Support Specialist to assist families through supervised visitation, advocacy, and resource connections. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules include some evenings and weekends.

In field-based roles you’ll support crisis response, transportation, and communication with families and county partners, while maintaining documentation of services. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related education or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening.

Make a difference for youth and families in your community. JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring Child Welfare Specialists and Supervised Visitation Monitors in Washington County, PA. We are an employee-owned ESOP company guided by our KidsFirst! approach.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, including some evenings and weekends. In these field-based roles, you’ll support families through supervised visitation, safe transportation, advocacy, case management, crisis support, and community resource connections.

What You’ll Do
