Job summary

CAPS & Maple City seeks a dedicated Supervised Visitation Facilitator to ensure the safety and well-being of children during visitations. You will observe, document, and report on family interactions, guiding participants and maintaining adherence to all visitation policies.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This is an in-person role in Indiana, requiring a HS diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred) and the ability to manage time across

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic forms and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document interactions, behaviors, and safety conditions during visits.
• Monitor visits in accordance with policy and intervene as needed for child safety.
• Greet and guide families to designated visitation areas and manage scheduling.
• Complete and electronically file feedback/reports from each shift.
