This is a part-time (PRN) position with limited benefits and a gas reimbursement for long drives. A Bachelor’s degree and valid Indiana driver’s license are required.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate supervised visitation facilitator to join our team in the Delaware County Area. This position entails facilitating court ordered supervised visits between parents and children, as ordered by the court. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved. Furthermore, the supervised visitation facilitator will be responsible for gathering and evaluating information on participant engagement, program outcomes, and overall impact in order to track the advancement of assigned programs. There is a fieldwork component to the job, which involves frequent trips to family homes or other specified sites. As a part‑time (PRN) employee, you are not eligible for benefits, paid time off (PTO), or direct mileage reimbursement. We do pay $25 as a gas reimbursement, if you drive over 1 hour for a visitation. As a supervised visitation facilitator, you will be required to prepare regular reports summarizing program progress. These reports may include qualitative assessments of participant behavior, documentation regarding how participants feel about the program, noting the skills they've gained, and outlining documentation of the challenges they have encountered along the way. This position pays a base hourly rate of $25 per hour.
