Reeves Young is seeking an on-site Site Superintendent to oversee field crews, subcontractors, and material vendors to keep projects on schedule. You will maintain daily progress reports, manage permits and inspections, and uphold Reeves Young’s brand on the construction site.

The role requires ability to read project documents, familiarity with Viewpoint Field Work Center, and physical stamina for site tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and understand project documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs).
• Willingness to learn Viewpoint Field Work Center and related software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with Water/Waste Water projects is preferred.

• Maintain daily progress reporting and documentation (daily reports, photos, payroll, equipment time, field reports).
• Manage permit and inspection processes, ensuring timely and correct deviations are addressed.
• Champion the Reeves Young brand and protect its reputation on site.
• Develop and communicate site-specific safety plans so all team members understand and follow them.

What Can You Expect

• Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
• Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
• Manage the permit and inspection process to ensure all required inspections are conducted timely and efficiently. This include maintaining and/or ensuring any deviations are corrected.
• Championing and protecting the brand of a rapidly growing Company
• Assemble site specific safety plans and ensure the entire project team understands the plan to ensure execution of said plan.

• Manage all daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting as required. This includes holding trade partners accountable for conducting and enforcing safety training and plans.

What You Bring to the Table

• Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods of time.
• May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
• Must have Water/Waste Water experience.
