Reeves Young is seeking a field supervisor to coordinate daily activities on construction sites in the Rock Hill area. You will oversee field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedule integrity and ensure quality work.

Your role includes detailed daily reporting, safety planning, and coordination with project teams. Opportunities for growth and ongoing education are available as part of Reeves Young's can-do culture.

Formación

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, specs, RFIs and subcontracts.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; physically capable for site tasks.
• Water/Waste Water project experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate field employees, subs, and vendors to keep the schedule on track.
• Maintain daily progress reports, field paperwork, payroll, and progress photos.
• Manage permits and inspections and address deviations promptly.
• Champion Reeves Young's brand and safety culture on site.
• Prepare site safety plans and ensure team understands and executes them.
• Support ongoing education and career growth opportunities.
• Maintain safety logs and ensure partner compliance with training and plans.

What Can You Expect

• Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
• Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
• Manage the permit and inspection process to ensure all required inspections are conducted timely and efficiently. This include maintaining and/or ensuring any deviations are corrected.
• Championing and protecting the brand of a rapidly growing Company
• Assemble site specific safety plans and ensure the entire project team understands the plan to ensure execution of said plan.

• Manage all daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting as required. This includes holding trade partners accountable for conducting and enforcing safety training and plans.

What You Bring to the Table

• Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods of time.
• May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
• Must have Water/Waste Water experience.
