Job Overview

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Traveling Multifamily Superintendent for Tampa. You should have at least 10 years of on‑site project management experience in multifamily construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall construction budgets, safety programs, and train personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist the project team with material procurement and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor the QC program.
• Value‑engineer throughout the project.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel to projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Post‑high school education or equivalent in construction field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.
• Working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
• Experience creating and managing a MS Project schedule; familiarity with senior living and hospitality projects is a plus.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
