Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for ground-up commercial construction in Missouri. You will lead all on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, coordinating with project teams and ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 7+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects, proven travel capability, and a strong ability to read plans and schedules. Expect extensive site travel and leadership responsibilities on high-impact builds.

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience supervising projects in a traveling capacity.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules.
• Strong safety mindset with a track record of accident-free projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance on every jobsite.
• Coordinate daily with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify issues.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and progress documentation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards across all phases of construction.
• Travel extensively to active project sites as required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty commercial projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
