Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a superintendent role.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The Permanent Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. 5. Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
6. Ensure all construction activities align with current building codes and regulations.
7. Develop and implement construction plans, managing any changes or adjustments as needed.

9. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, contract management, blueprint reading, subcontractor management, and construction planning.
3. In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
7. A strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of the construction process.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Certifications in construction safety, project management, or a related field are highly desirable.
