Job summary

MPI in Dallas is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a high-profile data center project. You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination on-site, ensuring milestones are met and field operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center or large-scale construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Healthcare and industrial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience in data center, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or large-scale construction.
• Proven success leading ground-up projects from site development through final turnover.
• Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, look-ahead planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience mentoring field teams and developing Assistant Superintendents.

Responsibilities

Description

As the Senior Superintendent, you will serve as the primary onsite leader responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor management, and overall field execution of a large-scale data center project.

Profile

For the Senior Superintendent, we are seeking:

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience in data center, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or large-scale construction
• Proven success leading ground-up projects from site development through final turnover
• Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, look-ahead planning, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Experience using industry-standard construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience mentoring field teams and developing Assistant Superintendents

Job Offer

• Permanent position.
• Salary of $174,750 to $230,250.
• 100% employer-paid medical insurance
• Annual bonus paid at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
