Ascendo-Resources invites qualified professionals to apply for the Construction Superintendent position in Delray Beach, FL. The role leads on-site operations for luxury single-family and estate homes, with heavy use of Procore for daily logs, RFIs, and submittals.

The candidate will oversee subcontractors, enforce safety standards, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure top-quality results, reporting to the Project Manager. On-site leadership and local market knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on luxury residential projects.
• Procore proficiency for daily logs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Florida Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for custom luxury homes from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams.
• Enforce safety standards and site cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project records through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Schedule and lead subcontractor meetings; coordinate inspections with local building departments.
• Monitor project timelines and costs; identify potential delays or budget overruns early.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and neighbors

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in managing ground-up luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Procore and will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and subcontractors efficiently under tight timelines

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Local market experience in Palm Beach or Broward County

• OSHA 30 Certification

• Experience with additional construction software (Buildertrend, MS Project, Bluebeam)
