Job summary

IAPMO is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee luxury custom residences throughout South Florida, from ground-up starts to final finishes.

Lead subcontractors and field teams, develop schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a residential builder or General Contractor.
• Proven experience building custom homes from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of concrete, framing, building envelope, MEP coordination, and luxury interior finishes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite construction activities from sitework through final completion.

• Conduct daily site walks and coordinate subcontractor activities.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Engineers, and Homeowners.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
