Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a thriving general contractor to hire field staff for renovations on multifamily projects in Texas. You will lead daily onsite operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 with a lucrative bonus program; total compensation can approach $200k. The role includes health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or similar ground-up construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
• Local market knowledge and proactive problem-solving mindset.
