MPI is assisting a private general contractor in finding a Lead Superintendent to oversee mid-rise, ground-up multifamily projects in a collaborative, family-oriented setting. You will run site execution end-to-end, manage field operations, and coordinate with leadership to deliver on schedule and safety standards.

You will report to senior project leadership, mentor field staff, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time close-out for 70–80 unit developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Background with mid-rise or complex urban builds preferred.
• Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground-up multifamily projects.
• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination.
• Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

As the Lead Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of site execution for mid-rise multifamily developments.

• Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground-up multifamily projects
• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination
• Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software
• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close-out activities
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders
• Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture

Job Offer

• Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000
