Michael Page US is recruiting for aProject Coordinator role with a mid-size general contractor in Texas. You will support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination across multifamily and mixed projects.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain project schedules, and coordinate resources across concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting project managers in project planning, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction methods, building codes, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software, including scheduling, document control, reporting, contract administration, and change order management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams
• Open to travel across Texas
