This organization specializes in the development and construction of multifamily and senior living communities throughout Florida, with a particularly strong presence along the Gulf Coast. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.


• Support project scheduling efforts to ensure milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time.


• Monitor quality control to ensure work meets company standards, project specifications, and owner expectations.


• Help maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing OSHA standards and company safety protocols.


• Coordinate with the Project Management team to incorporate owner changes and ensure timely execution.


• Ensure all required jobsite signage, notices, safety documentation, and MSDS information are properly maintained and displayed.


• Assist in conducting weekly subcontractor and owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings.


• Track project progress and communicate updates to the Superintendent and Project Management team.


• Foster strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, senior living, commercial, or residential construction preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-focused approach.


• Organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.


• Comfortable utilizing construction technology, including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related software.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• Ability to work outdoors on active construction sites in varying weather conditions.
