CyberCoders in Florida is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join its construction team, focusing on multifamily and senior living developments along the Gulf Coast. This hands-on role covers daily supervision, scheduling support, quality control, and safety on active sites.

You will coordinate with the PM team, help manage owner changes, and maintain critical project documentation while fostering strong subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, senior living, commercial, or residential construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-focused approach.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using construction tech including Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Support project scheduling efforts to ensure milestones are met and projects delivered on time.
• Monitor quality control to meet company standards and owner expectations.
• Maintain safety on site by enforcing OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Project Management to incorporate owner changes and timely execution.
• Ensure jobsite signage, safety docs, and MSDS information are displayed.
• Assist in weekly subcontractor and OAC meetings.
• Track progress and report updates to Superintendent and PM team.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Base + Vehicle Allowance + Bonus + Full Benefits

An established and growing Florida-based builder/developer is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join its construction team. This organization specializes in the development and construction of multifamily and senior living communities throughout Florida, with a particularly strong presence along the Gulf Coast. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.


• Support project scheduling efforts to ensure milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time.


• Monitor quality control to ensure work meets company standards, project specifications, and owner expectations.


• Help maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing OSHA standards and company safety protocols.


• Coordinate with the Project Management team to incorporate owner changes and ensure timely execution.


• Ensure all required jobsite signage, notices, safety documentation, and MSDS information are properly maintained and displayed.


• Assist in conducting weekly subcontractor and owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, senior living, commercial, or residential construction preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-focused approach.


• Organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.


• Comfortable utilizing construction technology, including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related software.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• Ability to work outdoors on active construction sites in varying weather conditions.


• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, safety, accountability, and professionalism.


• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment.
