Job summary

LeoForce in Tampa, FL is seeking an Area Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up high-rise/mid-rise multifamily projects. You will assist the Lead Superintendent and coordinate subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in commercial construction, strong ability to read drawings, and experience with OSHA standards. Relocation not specified; strong collaboration with owners and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; OSHA knowledge.

• Assist with project documentation, daily reports, RFIs, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available to maintain project progress.
• Foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams.

Job Details

We are seeking an Area Superintendent with experience supporting the field operations of ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects. This individual will work alongside the Lead Superintendent to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Help maintain the project schedule and identify potential delays.
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and third-party inspectors.

• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus.
