• Experience guiding projects through preconstruction to turnover.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, MEP coordination, inspections, and closeout.
• Experience managing complex site logistics and phased turnovers.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and subcontractor management.

Due to continued growth and a robust development pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the field execution of large-scale multifamily projects.

This role is ideal for a proven construction leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale multifamily developments featuring modular construction and podium-style builds. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record leading projects from preconstruction through final turnover, with experience delivering communities exceeding 200 units and managing complex developments valued at $50M+.

Profile

The ideal Superintendent will have:

• 10+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale multifamily developments with 200+ residential units.
• Proven expertise delivering podium, mixed-use, and modular multifamily projects.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the lead field Superintendent on projects valued at $50M+.
• A track record of successfully leading projects through the entire construction lifecycle, from preconstruction planning and site mobilization through certificate of occupancy and final turnover.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction sequencing, structural systems, MEP coordination, inspections, and project closeout.
• Experience managing complex site logistics, phased turnover schedules, and high-density residential developments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management capabilities.
• The ability to independently lead field operations while consistently delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
