Job summary

MPI in Southern California is seeking a Lead Superintendent to manage all field operations from project start through completion on multifamily developments.

You will coordinate subcontractors, develop schedules, conduct three-week look-ahead, drive production while upholding safety and quality, and manage site logistics.

The role offers a base salary of $160,000–$185,000 with a target bonus of 12–20% of base, plus a vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits.
