Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage field staff and subcontractor teams to maintain productivity and safety
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain high‑quality workmanship and enforce company standards
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or institutional projects ($50 m AND up)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to build strong relationships on and off the site
• Commitment to safety and quality at every stage of construction
• Average tenure of 3+ years for each company
