Job summary

MPI, a long-established general contractor in Texas, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to direct on-site operations on major industrial and commercial projects. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.

You will travel across Texas or nearby states, supervising multiple crews and communicating effectively with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Proven ability to manage projects in multiple locations inside Texas or nearby states.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with subcontractors and owners.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Direct daily on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all site requirements.

Job Description

Direct daily on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout
