Job summary

MPI is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site operations for ground-up commercial construction projects across Texas. You will manage safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance while coordinating with project teams to keep projects on schedule. Travel across Texas will be required, and you will oversee multiple project sites while upholding our standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Willingness to travel full-time throughout Texas as project assignments require.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, field operations, and quality control.

Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Previous experience delivering financial services, banking, healthcare, office, retail, or similar commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, field operations, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel full-time throughout Texas as project assignments require.
