Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent—K‑12 Construction to oversee and manage K‑12 construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Description
  • Oversee all aspects of K‑12 construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on‑site.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crews effectively.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to prevent overruns.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Resolve on‑site issues promptly to avoid delays and disruptions.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the project management team.
