We are looking to hire a K-12 Senior Project Manager with experience building schools and successfully working w/ various school districts in DFW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily construction activities on the project site
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Review and understand project plans and specifications to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with these documents
  • Monitor project budgets and schedule to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all project requirements are met
  • Maintain a safe and organized work site
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in K-12 school construction
  • Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
  • Managed all subcontractors on a single project.
  • Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.
  • OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPR
  • Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.
  • Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents
  • Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality
  • High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer
  • Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors
  • Ability to manage owner expectations
