Superintendent – K12 Construction Project – Dallas, TX

Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Superintendent to lead a high-profile K12 construction project in the Dallas, TX area.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive pre-job plans
• Lead weekly staff and production meetings
• Determine appropriate construction methods and techniques
• Oversee and ensure top-tier quality control throughout the project
• Maintain project schedule, including creation of 2–3 week look-ahead plans
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors daily
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (K12/School project experience highly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage all aspects of site construction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
