Michael Page is seeking a Project Superintendent for commercial interiors in Austin, TX. You will oversee on-site operations for tenant improvement and interior construction, ensuring safety, schedule, and top quality on high-profile projects.

You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders, develop and maintain project schedules, lead site meetings, and resolve field challenges with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Formación

• 3+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Proven experience leading Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods and sequencing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and manage project schedules.

Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for tenant improvement and interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction
• Develop and maintain project schedules to drive timely project completion
• Conduct site meetings and proactively resolve field challenges
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Superintendent - Commercial Interiors (Tenant Improvements) we are seeking:

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Proven experience leading Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods and sequencing
• Demonstrated success managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• Understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
