Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead major civil infrastructure projects in a hands-on role. The position offers autonomy, strong support, and includes a company vehicle.

The candidate will manage earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving tasks while coordinating crews, schedules, and safety on active sites. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil, site development, utility, or commercial sitework construction.
• Strong experience with earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete, and/or paving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and sequencing.
• Ability to effectively manage project schedules and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of field operations.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to active project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and field crews.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control on site.
• Interpret and apply construction plans and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
