With 5+ years in the role and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam, you will coordinate subs, read drawings, enforce safety standards, and communicate clearly with teams and clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing interiors, renovations, or tenant fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage day-to-day field operations from start through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Experience working in occupied or operational environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookaheads.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and enforcement on active job sites.
• Strong communication skills with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve field issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments.
