Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage a range of complex commercial projects, including retail, restaurant, banking and financial, and other technical tenant improvement work.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.

Job Details

This position is ideal for a field leader who can independently run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams. • Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation
• Experience managing T&M work & ground up
• OSHA 30 preferred
