Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee major commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. You will lead field operations from mobilization through turnover, coordinate subcontractors and inspectors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of large-scale project leadership, deep knowledge of safety practices, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel while maintaining project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience conducting subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination meetings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining safe job sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams.
• Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as required.
