Trinity Search Group is assisting in recruiting a Senior Superintendent for a major, ground-up multifamily project in Fort Lauderdale. This position leads day-to-day operations on a landmark 100-acre site, already valued as Phase 1 at $800M.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a field superintendent focusing on structure and ground-up multi-family projects.
• Experience building projects in the $50M+ range preferred.
