Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial projects. You will mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of commercial construction experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar)
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
• Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
