Job summary

Technique Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations on multiple commercial projects. You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment while ensuring safety and quality.

You will communicate with project managers, customers, and vendors, review drawings and specs, monitor schedules and costs, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. OSHA certification and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial roofing knowledge, including Single-Ply & Built-up systems.
• Minimum of 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• OSHA certification.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial roofing projects.
• Lead and support foremen and crews across multiple job sites.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Review project scope, drawings, and specifications before and during work.

• Support closeout, punch lists, and warrant follow-up as needed.
