Job summary

Technique Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations on our commercial roofing projects. You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, and ensure work complies with safety policies including OSHA standards.

You will review drawings, maintain communication with project managers and customers, and monitor schedules and costs to keep projects on track. A valid driver's license and travel to job sites are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (Single-Ply & Built-up).
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• OSHA certification.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial roofing projects.
• Lead and support foremen and crews across multiple job sites.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Review project scope, drawings, and specifications before and during work.
• Maintain communication with project managers, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and quality to keep projects on track.
• Support closeout, punch lists, and warranty follow-up as needed.
